Your SEO tool, inside your AI apps.
Connect Rankergent through MCP, the open standard many AI apps support, and run audits, keyword research, content briefs, and rank checks from a chat.
Connected in about two minutes.
STEP 1
Get your Rankergent key
Log in, open Settings → Integrations, and click Generate New Key. Copy it right away. It's shown only once.
STEP 2
Add Rankergent to your AI app
Most MCP-compatible apps have an "Add MCP server" or "Connectors" setting. Enter this server URL, then add an Authorization header with the value Bearer followed by a space and your key.
https://api.rankergent.com/mcp
Authorization: Bearer YOUR_KEY
STEP 3
Example: Claude Code command line
If you use Claude Code, run this in your terminal, replacing YOUR_API_KEY with your key.
claude mcp add --transport http rankergent https://api.rankergent.com/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY" --scope user
STEP 4
Test it
Start a new chat in your AI app and try "List my Rankergent clients" or "Audit my homepage at example.com". Real data from your account means you're connected.
The whole workflow, from one chat.
Run full site audits with AI-written fix code
Research keywords and find blog topics
Generate content briefs and save article drafts
Track keyword rankings
Check AI visibility on ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
Manage clients, target pages, and competitors
Common questions, answered.
Do I need a Rankergent plan?+
You need a Rankergent account. MCP works during the 14-day free trial, with no credit card required. Plans start at $29 per month.
Do I need my own Gemini API key?+
No. Your trial includes the Gemini API, so AI features work from the start.
Can I revoke a key?+
Yes. Create a separate key per device, and delete any key you stop using from Settings → Integrations.
Which AI apps work with Rankergent?+
Any app that supports MCP servers over HTTP with a custom Authorization header. Each app's support depends on its version and plan, so check its MCP or connector settings.
